Facility rental Services Information: Scheduling the space on a first come, first served basis. Carolyn and Kay Client sessions and training classes take priority.
For renting out classroom space, contact us at least two weeks ahead of time to ensure that the space is available. Once we have determined the conference room or class room is available, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold the space. For a small extra fee you can rent our projector for giving presentations. Training Class/Conf room is non refundable fee of $50.00 and $10.00 per student on the day of the class. The deposit will apply to the final cost once you have the class and assess how many students attend.
Rental Rates for Sessions, we require 20% of what you charge to your client. You are able to charge what ever you want to.
